Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Toyota Ireland, Toyota Ireland, Killeen Road, Dublin 12
  2. This competition is only open to all Republic of Ireland residents over 18 years of age on 18th November 2008 excluding employees of Toyota Ireland, their families, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns or anyone professionally connected with Toyota Ireland.
  3. There are two competitions to be won.

    Firstly there is a "Team Registration" prize of 20 stand tickets (Munster v New Zealand Nov. 18 2008) + 20 Munster Jerseys to be won. To enter, 4 individuals must register together to complete a team registration and each team could win one of 5 team prizes. Each team prize is 4 stand tickets + 3 Munster jerseys + 1 signed Munster jersey for the team captain.

    Secondly there is a "Stand Up & Fight" prize of 5 terrace tickets (Munster v New Zealand Nov. 18 2008) to be won for the best video of 5 Munster fans singing their version of "Stand Up & Fight".

    You can enter your 'Stand Up & Fight' video online or by filming with the Toyota Crew at the Munster matches in Thomond Park Stadium on the 4th & 10th October 2008 or by emailing you video’s YouTube.com link to munster@toyotarugby.tv
  4. Each person must fill in their personal details and answer the test of skill question correctly.
  5. Only correct answers will be considered eligible & all instructions form part of the rules.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. You may only enter the 'Team Registration' competition once. Multiple entries allowed for the 'Stand Up & Fight' video competition.
  8. To constitute a valid entry for the "Team Registration" prize each of the 4 individuals in the group must fill out the entry form on the Registration Page.

    9. To constitute a valid entry for the "Stand Up and Fight" video competition you must email forward your video entry to munster@toyotarugby.tv or feature in a video filmed at Thomond Park on the 4th or 10th October 2008.
  9. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 9th November 2008.
  10. The winner's will be contacted by email or telephone on the week commencing the 10th of November and their names will be posted on www.toyotarugby.tv
  11. Failure to respond to our communication may result in the forfeiture of your prize.
  12. Prizes include:-
    -20 stand tickets to Munster v. All Blacks on the 28th November 2008
    -5 terrace tickets Munster v All Blacks on the 28th November 2008.
    -5 signed Munster jerseys
    -15 unsigned Munster jerseys
  13. You agree to the use of any photos or videos of you entered in the 'Stand Up & Fight' competition by Toyota Ireland on their web sites or other promotional material, now and in the future.
  14. All Winners agree to take part in a photo shoot and all other reasonable publicity on or before the 18th November as part of the prize giving.
  15. There is no cash alternative to the prize. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable Toyota Ireland reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
  16. Prizes are not transferrable.
  17. Toyota reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
  18. Neither Toyota nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Toyota promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
  19. No correspondence will be entered into and the decision of Toyota Ireland will be final.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
